Spring Uniform

April 25, 2013 9:26 am

Behold my new spring uniform: easy layers that feel like pajamas!

I look sort of angry here but I can assure you that’s just my thinking face.. thinking about how comfy I am!

The stand out piece… my new Reef reversible shorts from Gentle Fawn! They are soooo soft and dress up my neutral pieces, plus they are are reversible, double the usefulness!  Perfection!

This could be thinking face or hungry face….

The whole outfit, perfect for my eternally hectic work days.

…wondering if I can eat the cherry blossom….

shorts: c/o Gentle Fawn – buy here other colour here, shirt: Zara, blazer: vintage via WIN, shoes: ASOS

Hi Alana, I have enjoyed your blog for some months now- can not remember how I stumbled upon it… but I am so grateful I did! Loved your wedding events photos eversomuch!!!
My good friend and I have started a little company, and we would be so so grateful if you would check it out at beebsandbess.com. We would be delighted to send our products to you to showcase if you like them. We launched a week ago, and are thrilled with the positive response. It has been a year in the making – a huge learning curve – but oh, so much fun!!!
Do hope to hear from you, and again, thanks for your inspirational blog – your do it yourself creations are awesome…
    XO,

Hi Beth! Thank you so much for visiting my little blog, I’m glad I can inspire you in any way! I checked out your website and you have really awesome products. I’ve never seen a scarf belt like that, I think it’s ingenious and I can already think of a few photoshoots that it would be great for. If you would like to send me something I would be happy to feature it on my blog, although I’m extremely busy the next few weeks and wouldn’t have time to shoot it until end of May.

Thank you so much for leaving me a message, and best of luck with your new business, although you probably don’t need luck ;)
If you would like to discuss anything further, feel free to email me at [email protected].
      xo Alana
